This site is tested with IE6 and Fire Fox, it uses Flash and java. Its main language is PHP and it uses a MySQL data base, but saying that it also uses html and others.
There is a good chance that if you do not have windows XP or similar OS and your on a dial up connection you may not see all the graphics.
If you have red crosses any where then right click on it and select show picture, this may solve the problem if the page upload timed out because of a slow connection or computer.
If you have a slow connection or computer then cache your pages this saves your computer having to upload from new each time, it just uploads whats new.
Your graphics will also affect what you see, this site started being built at the end of last year and from the out set we have used the latest of every thing we could get hold of so that the site will stay current for longer. The reason behind this was so that those who stick with their old computer year after year will still be able to view the site but have bits missing, while it will still be interesting to those with the latest machienes.

- What program you use to view the internet?
- Do you have the latest versions of activex, directx, flash and java installed?
- What is your connection speed?
- How have you got your security settings set up?
- What is your OS?
- What graphics capability do you have?
- What chip do you have?
- How much ram you have?
The list goes on. Its no good saying I have red crosses all over the site and ecpect the Support Team to know the problem.
Its the same if you have a web site with problems DETAILS and LOTs of them is what will get it sorted and the more the quicker it will be done.
Use a little common sense, if you find a problem stop and think, write down the error, take a screen shot, get as much info as possible.
