Hi, I am having a problem printing documents. About 1/3 of the right hand sid eof each page is missing when I print out. Everything looks fine on the print preview but when the page comes out of the printer the right hand side is missing. Ive tried several different documents with the same result. Any ideas please?

Hi Jayne.

It sounds like your default paper has changed.

From what ever program you are printing select, File.

In file select, Page Setup.

In page setup make sure the paper is set to A4.

For some reason windows quite often sets the default to Letter and this will cause the left hand side not to print on A4 documents.

Regards
